All I gotta say is Cool!
I always knew the Volunteer Incentive Program (VIP) was a program sponsored by the President of Memorial University of Newfoundland. But I was unaware he included it in his annual report with a full listing of who was granted what levels. As a former Coordinator of the program – under former Student Volunteer Bureau Coordinator Zoiey Cobb – the thought never crossed my mind.
