Happy New Year from me to you.

I’m an aquatics professional, Senior Swim Coach, master’s swimmer, Lifesaving Society National Trainer, and only semi-retired techie. My goal is to provide mentoring and motivation to the athletes and staff I work with. Through this, they can take ownership of their training or professional objectives. I strive to do this through attention to the technical aspects of the skill sets I’m imparting as well as addressing their emotional and tactical needs.

I believe that greatness can arise from anywhere and every goal we set, and every result we desire, enables us to build a better person through the aquatics experience.
