New format

I have decided to play a bit more with the website layout and give a few things a try. This is my new look, for now and hopefully content will be rapid in development.

I’m an aquatics professional, Senior Swim Coach, master’s swimmer, Lifesaving Society National Trainer, and only semi-retired techie. My goal is to provide mentoring and motivation to the athletes and staff I work with. Through this, they can take ownership of their training or professional objectives. I strive to do this through attention to the technical aspects of the skill sets I’m imparting as well as addressing their emotional and tactical needs.

I believe that greatness can arise from anywhere and every goal we set, and every result we desire, enables us to build a better person through the aquatics experience.
