As many of you may have noticed I have switched from using Nucleus to Word press on the advice and constant coaxing from Mike Grouchy. I will be playing with the look, and organization of the site soon enough, but for now content is king. Enjoy!

I’m an aquatics professional, Senior Swim Coach, master’s swimmer, Lifesaving Society National Trainer, and only semi-retired techie. My goal is to provide mentoring and motivation to the athletes and staff I work with. Through this, they can take ownership of their training or professional objectives. I strive to do this through attention to the technical aspects of the skill sets I’m imparting as well as addressing their emotional and tactical needs.

I believe that greatness can arise from anywhere and every goal we set, and every result we desire, enables us to build a better person through the aquatics experience.
